Beaujonomie: a new term for the 2018 gastronomic dictionary?

Beaujonomie: a new term for the 2018 gastronomic dictionary?

Along with new technologies, gastronomy is the field which contributes the most to the evolution of vocabulary.

In 2017, the French dictionary Le Petit Robert recorded 12 new words such as flexitarian, mixology, açai, spritz or fonio. Word-lore is a way of observing the growth of trends, for example the words bistronomy, locavore, foodporn, foodistas, etc.

In his work Eatymology: the Dictionary of Modern Gastronomy, Josh Friedland showed that in order to exist, a gastronomic trend must have a name.

Beaujonomie is a word built in the same way as bistronomy; the contraction of Beaujolais and gastronomy, but it is also in reference to a Beaujolais lifestyle. Some people might even associate the word Beaujonomie with bonhomie*.

What could be more natural for Beaujolais, the wine of sharing and conviviality?

So when will Beaujonomie enter the dictionary?
