Sharing: the trend value of Beaujolais and Beaujonomie

In his white paper, Foodoscope 18, Kantar Media listed three core values for food-world trends in 2018: pleasure, sharing and health. The consumer must be reconnected with profound values. Servings by the plate and wine by the glass foster a maniac individualism which distances the guest from the essential role of a meal: sharing.

The strong comeback of the value of sharing on all levels of society can be seen in gastronomic trends; table d’hôtes, dishes to share and magnums: the pillars of Beaujonomie.
